A creamy and flavorful chicken and spinach casserole.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, spinach, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- Feel free to add other vegetables.
- Can be made ahead and stored in the fridge.
