Ingredients

  • Vanilla Extract: 2 teaspoons
  • Graham Cracker Crust: Pre-made or homemade
  • Unsalted Butter: 115 grams (1/2 cup) of melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F).
  2. Prepare the graham cracker crust by mixing crushed graham crackers with melted butter and pressing it into a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes and let cool.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  4. Gradually add the granulated sugar to the cream cheese and mix until smooth.
  5. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed after each addition.
  6. Mix in the sour cream and vanilla extract until well combined.
