 - Salt and pepper to taste
 
Instructions
- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
 - In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
 - Add steak strips and season with salt, pepper, and Cajun seasoning. Cook until browned.
 - Add onion and bell pepper to the skillet. Sauté until vegetables are tender.
 - Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
 - Add cooked penne and cheddar cheese. Mix until cheese is melted and creamy.
