- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, toss shrimp with Cajun seasoning.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes. Remove shrimp from skillet.
- Add garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Mix until smooth.
- Add cooked pasta and shrimp back to the skillet. Toss to coat.
- Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with parsley before serving.

- Adjust Cajun seasoning to taste.
- Use any pasta of your choice.
- For extra spice, add red pepper flakes.
