Ingredients

- 2 cups tortellini
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 cup bell peppers, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook tortellini according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add onion, bell peppers, and garlic; sauté until soft.
- Add diced chicken and cook until browned.
- Stir in Cajun seasoning and mix well.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Add heavy cream and stir until combined.
- Add cooked tortellini and mix until coated.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot.

- Adjust the spiciness by modifying the amount of Cajun seasoning.
- For added flavor, garnish with parsley.
