Ingredients

- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 2 tbsp cajun seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook fettuccine pasta according to package instructions.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add sliced chicken and cajun seasoning. Cook until chicken is browned.
- Add onion and bell peppers. Sauté until softened.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in heavy cream and parmesan cheese. Cook until sauce thickens.
- Combine cooked pasta with the sauce. Mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper as needed.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
