  • Onion: 1 medium, thinly sliced
  • Garlic: 3 cloves, minced
  • Parmesan cheese: 1 cup, grated
  • Fresh parsley: ¼ cup, chopped (for garnish)
  • Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
  • Salt and pepper: to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken by tossing diced chicken breast with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Cook fettuccine in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and reserve ½ cup of pasta water.
