- Onion: 1 medium, thinly sliced
- Garlic: 3 cloves, minced
- Parmesan cheese: 1 cup, grated
- Fresh parsley: ¼ cup, chopped (for garnish)
- Olive oil: 2 tablespoons

Instructions
- Prepare the chicken by tossing diced chicken breast with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Cook fettuccine in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and reserve ½ cup of pasta water.
