- 1 pound ground beef
- 8 ounces shell pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the shell pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until softened.
- Stir in beef broth and heavy cream. Bring to a simmer.
- Add cooked pasta and shredded cheese. Stir until cheese melts and sauce thickens.
- Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
