- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Cook bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Add minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Cook for 1 minute.
- Pour in beef broth and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Cook until sauce thickens.
- Add cooked pasta to the skillet and mix well.
- Serve warm.
