A delicious dessert combining banana pudding and cheesecake in bar form.
Ingredients

- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup banana pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 2 ripe bananas, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add banana pudding mix and milk, mix until combined.
- Fold in whipped topping and sliced bananas.
- Spread the cheesecake mixture over the crust.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
- Cool in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use ripe bananas for better flavor.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- Can substitute vanilla pudding for banana pudding.
