- 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Stir in flour, salt, pepper, and paprika until smooth.
- Gradually add milk, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
- Add 3 cups of cheese to the sauce and stir until melted.
- Combine the cheese sauce with the macaroni.
- Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
- Top with remaining cheese and breadcrumbs.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
Notes
- You can use different types of cheese for varied flavor.
- For a crunchier top, broil for an additional 2-3 minutes.
