Description

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
  2. Drain and rinse under cold water.

  4. Add olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the avocados.
  5. Mix in the cherry tomatoes, red onion, and parsley.
