  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Wash and chop the spinach.
  3. In a large pot, cook the spinach until wilted, then drain excess water.
  4. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan, cheddar, milk, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
  5. Add the cooked spinach to the mixture and stir well.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
