Description

Cream cheese stuffed mini peppers are a tasty and easy appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 12 mini bell peppers
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the mini peppers in half and remove the seeds.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff each pepper half with the cheese mixture.
  5. Place stuffed peppers on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until peppers are tender.
  7. Serve warm.
