Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine pumpkin, oil, and eggs.
  4. Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined.
  5. In a separate bowl, blend cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  6. Pour half the pumpkin batter into a greased loaf pan.
  7. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the batter.
  8. Top with the remaining pumpkin batter.
