A creamy and delicious corn casserole made with cream cheese.

- 2 cans of corn, drained
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese, sour cream, and melted butter until smooth.
- Add the drained corn, cheddar cheese, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add diced jalapeños.
- You can use frozen corn instead of canned corn.
- This dish can be made ahead of time and baked before serving.
