- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder for coating
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Melt chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
- Combine melted chocolate with the cream cheese mixture.
- Add powdered sugar and mix until well blended.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Form small balls from the chilled mixture.
- Roll each ball in cocoa powder to coat.
- Place truffles on a baking sheet and refrigerate until firm.
