Instructions

  2. Mash the bananas in a bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  4. Add melted butter, eggs, and vanilla to the cream cheese mixture and mix well.
  5. Combine the banana mixture with the cream cheese mixture.
  6. In another bowl, whisk together baking soda, salt, and flour.
  7. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture until just combined.
  8. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
