- 3 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mash the bananas in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
- Add melted butter, eggs, and vanilla to the cream cheese mixture and mix well.
- Combine the banana mixture with the cream cheese mixture.
- In another bowl, whisk together baking soda, salt, and flour.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture until just combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool before slicing.
