Description
A sweet and spicy cranberry pepper jelly that is perfect for spreading on crackers or using as a glaze.
Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup diced jalapeño pepper
- 1 packet fruit pectin
Instructions
- Combine cranberries, sugar, and water in a saucepan.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Reduce heat and simmer until cranberries burst.
- Stir in diced peppers and pectin.
- Boil for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
- Allow to cool at room temperature before refrigerating.
