A delicious cranberry pecan cheese ball perfect for gatherings.
Ingredients

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and cheddar cheese.
- Add cranberries, pecans, green onions, garlic powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Form the mixture into a ball.
- Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Remove from the fridge and roll in additional chopped pecans if desired.
- Serve with crackers or vegetables.
