Instructions

  4. Stir in cranberries and orange zest.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together heavy cream, egg, and vanilla.
  6. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  7. Turn the dough onto a floured surface and shape into a circle.
  8. Cut into wedges and place on a baking sheet.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
