Ingredients

- 4 cups fresh cranberries
- 4 cups water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Rinse the cranberries under cold water.
- In a pot, combine cranberries and water. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and let simmer for 10 minutes.
- Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve.
- Add sugar, orange juice, and vanilla extract. Stir until sugar dissolves.
- Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less sugar.
- For a more tangy flavor, add lemon juice.
- This juice can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week.
