- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 1 jalapeno, seeded and chopped
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a blender, combine cranberries and jalapeno. Blend until finely chopped.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, lime juice, and salt.
- Fold in the cranberry-jalapeno mixture.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake for 20 minutes until hot and bubbly.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips or crackers.
Notes
- Adjust jalapeno quantity for desired spiciness.
- This dip can be made a day in advance.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
