Cranberry fluff salad is a light and refreshing dish perfect for Thanksgiving.
Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
Instructions
- Chop cranberries and mix with sugar. Let sit for 1 hour.
- Add crushed pineapple and mix well.
- Fold in whipped cream and mini marshmallows.
- Add chopped pecans and mix gently.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute walnuts for pecans.
- Use sugar-free whipped cream for a lighter version.
