Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a saucepan, combine cranberries, sugar, and water. Cook until cranberries burst.
  3. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together melted butter, eggs, and vanilla.
  5. Combine wet and dry ingredients. Fold in cranberry mixture.
  6. Pour batter into greased baking dish.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool before serving.
