Description
Delicious cranberry dessert for Thanksgiving celebration.
Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a saucepan, combine cranberries, sugar, and water. Cook until cranberries burst.
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together melted butter, eggs, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients. Fold in cranberry mixture.
- Pour batter into greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- Can substitute frozen cranberries if fresh are unavailable.
