Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, and cinnamon.
  3. Add cubed butter and mix until crumbly.
  4. Stir in buttermilk until just combined.
  5. Fold in cranberries gently.
  6. Transfer dough to a skillet and shape into a circle.
  7. Cut into wedges but do not separate.
  8. Brush with egg wash.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
