Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Rinse quinoa under cold water.

  4. Fluff quinoa with a fork and let it cool.
  5. In a large bowl, mix cranberries, apple, walnuts, and feta.
  6. Add cooled quinoa to the bowl.

  8. Pour dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
