Description
A savory meatloaf inspired by the Cracker Barrel recipe.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, milk, eggs, and onion.
- Add ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan.
- Shape into a loaf.
- Spread additional ketchup on top, if desired.
- Bake for 1 hour or until cooked through.
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- Serve with mashed potatoes and green beans.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- Freeze for longer storage.
