Ingredients

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, milk, eggs, and onion.
  3. Add ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. Mix until well combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan.
  6. Shape into a loaf.
  7. Spread additional ketchup on top, if desired.
  8. Bake for 1 hour or until cooked through.
  9. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
