Description

Ingredients

  • 1 package frozen hash browns (30 oz)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup diced cooked ham
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the hash browns, ham, and half of the cheese.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder.
  4. Grease a baking dish and spread the hash brown mixture evenly in it.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the hash browns.
  6. Top with the remaining cheese.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
  8. Let it cool slightly before serving.
