Ingredients

- 2 pounds shredded chicken
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained
- 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained
- 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
- 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 can (8 oz) cream cheese
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- In a large pot, combine shredded chicken, beans, corn, diced tomatoes, cream cheese, ranch dressing mix, taco seasoning, and chicken broth.
- Cook on medium heat until heated through and cream cheese is melted.
- Stir well to combine all ingredients.
- Simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese before serving.
Notes
- Adjust spice level by adding more or less taco seasoning.
- Serve with tortilla chips or over rice.
