A delicious twist on classic deviled eggs with crab meat.


Ingredients

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1/2 cup crab meat
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Peel the hard-boiled eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
  2. Remove the yolks and place them in a mixing bowl.
  3. Add crab meat, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, chives, salt, and pepper to the yolks.
  4. Mash the mixture until smooth and well combined.
  5. Spoon or pipe the mixture back into the egg whites.
  6. Garnish with additional chives if desired.
  7. Chill before serving.
