Description
Crab Rangoon is a delicious appetizer with a creamy crab filling wrapped in crispy wontons.

- 8 oz cream cheese
- 6 oz crab meat
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 package wonton wrappers
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Place a small spoonful of the mixture onto the center of a wonton wrapper.
- Wet the edges of the wrapper with water and fold into a triangle, sealing tightly.
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
- Fry the wontons until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
