Description
Crispy egg rolls filled with crab and cream cheese.
Ingredients

- 1 cup crab meat
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 package egg roll wrappers
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix crab meat, cream cheese, green onions, garlic powder, and soy sauce.
- Lay an egg roll wrapper on a flat surface.
- Place 2 tablespoons of the filling in the center of the wrapper.
- Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides, and roll tightly.
- Seal the top corner with a bit of water.
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
- Fry the egg rolls until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
Notes
- Serve with sweet and sour sauce.
- Keep leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days.
- Can be baked for a healthier option.
