Crispy crab cake egg rolls filled with crab meat and spices.
Ingredients

- 1 cup crab meat
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 10 egg roll wrappers
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix crab meat, cream cheese, green onions, breadcrumbs, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Place a spoonful of the mixture on each egg roll wrapper.
- Fold and seal the egg rolls tightly.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the egg rolls until golden brown on all sides.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.

- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
- Keep leftover egg rolls in the fridge for up to 2 days.
