A rich and flavorful crab brulee that combines creamy textures with a crunchy topping.
Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh crab meat
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix crab meat, heavy cream, egg yolks, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture into ramekins.
- Place the ramekins in a baking dish and fill the dish with water to create a water bath.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until set.
- Remove from the oven and let cool.
- Sprinkle brown sugar on top of each ramekin.
- Using a kitchen torch, caramelize the sugar until golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
