Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix crab meat, heavy cream, egg yolks, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the mixture into ramekins.
  4. Place the ramekins in a baking dish and fill the dish with water to create a water bath.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes or until set.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool.
