Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 1 cup shrimp, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix crab meat, shrimp, cream cheese, breadcrumbs, green onions, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Make a pocket in each salmon fillet.
  4. Stuff the fillets with the crab and shrimp mixture.
  5. Place stuffed fillets in a baking dish.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until salmon is cooked through.
