Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Drain and rinse the soaked beans.
  2. In a large pot, sauté onion and garlic until soft.
  3. Add mushrooms, carrots, and celery. Cook until tender.
  4. Add beans, vegetable broth, thyme, and rosemary.
  5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
