- Shredded cheese: 1 cup (100 g)

- Onion: 1 medium, diced
- Olive oil: 1 tablespoon
- Chili powder: 1 teaspoon
- Cumin: 1 teaspoon
- Salt: to taste
- Pepper: to taste

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, then sauté diced onion and bell peppers for about 5 minutes. Add ground beef, season with salt, pepper, chili powder, and cumin, and cook until browned (7-10 minutes).
