  • Cornbread mix: 1 package (about 15 oz or 425 g)
  • Shredded cheese: 1 cup (100 g)
  • Bell peppers: 1 cup, diced (about 1-2 peppers, any color)
  • Onion: 1 medium, diced
  • Olive oil: 1 tablespoon
  • Chili powder: 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin: 1 teaspoon
  • Salt: to taste
  • Pepper: to taste
  • Optional toppings: Sour cream, chopped green onions, or cilantro

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, then sauté diced onion and bell peppers for about 5 minutes. Add ground beef, season with salt, pepper, chili powder, and cumin, and cook until browned (7-10 minutes).
