- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup garlic, minced
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the buttermilk and stir until just combined.
- In a separate bowl, combine melted butter and minced garlic.
- Pour half of the garlic butter into a baking dish.
- Scoop biscuit dough into the dish over the butter.
- Pour remaining garlic butter over the biscuits.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
