- 8 oz linguine
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 tbsp garlic, minced
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook linguine according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add diced chicken and cook until browned.
- Stir in smoked paprika and cayenne pepper.
- Add heavy cream and chicken broth, simmer for 5 minutes.
- Mix in cooked linguine and parsley.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.

- Serve with grated Parmesan if desired.
