Description

Ingredients

  • 8 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 12 slider buns
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the breakfast sausage until browned.
  3. In a bowl, whisk the eggs with salt and pepper.
  4. Add the eggs to the skillet with the sausage and cook until scrambled.
  5. Place the bottom half of the slider buns in a baking dish.
  6. Layer the sausage and egg mixture on the buns.
  7. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the mixture.
  8. Top with the other half of the slider buns.
  9. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
