Description
A hearty breakfast slider that combines eggs, sausage, and cheese on a bun.
Ingredients

			- 1 pound breakfast sausage
 - 8 large eggs
 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
 - 12 slider buns
 - Salt to taste
 - Pepper to taste
 
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
 - In a skillet, cook the breakfast sausage until browned.
 - In a bowl, whisk the eggs with salt and pepper.
 - Add the eggs to the skillet with the sausage and cook until scrambled.
 - Place the bottom half of the slider buns in a baking dish.
 - Layer the sausage and egg mixture on the buns.
 - Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the mixture.
 - Top with the other half of the slider buns.
 - Bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
 
Notes
- Feel free to add vegetables like bell peppers or onions.
 - These sliders can be made ahead and reheated.
