Instructions

  2. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together melted butter, eggs, and vanilla.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients.
  5. Fold in the diced apples.
  6. Pour the mixture into a greased loaf pan.
  7. Mix brown sugar and nutmeg, then sprinkle on top of the batter.
  8. Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
