- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the baking sheet, spacing them apart.
- Flatten each spoonful to form thin circles.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Let them cool before serving.
