Ingredients

- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 cup milk
Instructions
- Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- In a blender, combine cottage cheese, Parmesan, milk, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour the cottage cheese mixture into the saucepan and stir well.
- Cook for 5 minutes until heated through.
- Serve over pasta or vegetables.
Notes
- Adjust thickness with more milk if needed.
- Use fresh Parmesan for best flavor.
- Great with grilled chicken or shrimp.
