Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix cornmeal, milk, eggs, melted butter, salt, and baking powder.
- Whisk until smooth.
- Pour the batter into greased muffin tins, filling each cup halfway.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- For herb honey butter, mix honey and chopped herbs into softened butter.
- Serve popovers warm with herb honey butter.
