Instructions

  1. Prepare the cornbread according to package instructions and let it cool.
  2. Crumble the cornbread into a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add black beans, corn, bell pepper, tomatoes, red onion, and cheese to the bowl.
  4. Pour ranch dressing over the mixture and toss gently.
