Ingredients

- 2 cups corn kernels
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix corn, cream, milk, sugar, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Dot the top with butter.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.

- Use fresh or frozen corn for best results.
- Can substitute Parmesan with cheddar cheese.
- Adjust sugar based on sweetness preference.
