- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add corn and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in heavy cream and sugar.
- Cook for another 10 minutes until thickened.
- Add Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Remove from heat and garnish with parsley.
