Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh corn kernels
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix corn, cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk milk and egg together.
- Combine wet ingredients with dry ingredients.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Scoop batter into the hot oil to form nuggets.
- Fry until golden brown on both sides.
- Drain on paper towels before serving.
