Description
Coquito is a traditional Puerto Rican coconut drink often enjoyed during the holidays.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 can of coconut milk
- 1 can of cream of coconut
- 1 cup of sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup of white rum
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground nutmeg
Instructions
- In a blender, combine coconut milk, cream of coconut, and sweetened condensed milk.
- Add white rum, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and ground nutmeg.
- Blend until smooth and well combined.
- Pour into bottles and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Shake well before serving. Serve chilled.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less condensed milk.
- Serve with a sprinkle of cinnamon on top.
- Can be made a few days in advance.
